The summer seems to have arrived this weekend; whilst we've had some lovely weather over the last month or so there's been plenty of rain too, but it's now set fair for the next week. At a bearable 24 degrees today (mild for the time of year) it was gorgeous in north Sydney, where the first couple of pics were taken.
Last night Gill and I went to a birthday party at The Oaks, a pub in Neutral Bay, which is on the North Shore. Natalie, Ludo's girlfriend, had booked one of the function rooms for the night (the other photos below). Today Gill and I went out west to the Mean Fiddler, a huge Irish pub in Rouse Hill, about 40km from Sydney for lunch and a few beers with her family.
As usual, I'm relieved to see that the Harbour Bridge is still standing and the weather conditions continue to warrant detailed commentary. At least there were no flower photos in this post ;)
