Today's track represents the highpoint of the Bark Choir's experimental phase; we began to try out different mediums and techniques, and in this song we tried mixing some of the original lyrics, in English, with our own 'northern' interpretation; as you can hear from this song, it is not a phase that lasted long. Ed also sounds like the bloke from the Stereophonics in this one. Due to a technical malfunction there is part of a recording by Ed Mann and the Men (minus the Men, I think) at the end of the carol; it will be worth millions in years to come - you heard it here first.
I've almost finished watching all the bonus features of both series of 'Rome', which is just as well as I keep having dreams about starting my new school at which Lucius Verinus is the Headmaster and it's beginning to freak me out.
As I type, Robert and George are stranded at Gatwich Airport due to the snow. I find it hard to believe how every other year the transport authorities seem to be caught out by the weather - I'm sure Moscow or Stockholm don't grind to a halt each winter. They will certainly miss their connecting flight - Robert suggested I meet them in Dubai and have a holiday there instead.
