It's been a very busy couple of weeks. Term finished on Friday, and culminated in the annual Prize Giving in the State Sports Centre out at Homebush (Olympic Park) in the evening. Another event the like of which I've never experienced before!
This week I've been at work each day - two days of department meetings to prepare for our HSC Accreditation, and a pastoral day today to prepare for my new job. But I am now finally on holiday!
On Monday night I had Jeremy and Dylan (the other parts of the PRS Triumvirate) and their girlfriends, for wine and curry from our excellent takeaway up the road (see photo below).
The first two photos are of Manly, where Gill and I went for drinks on Sunday with some of her work colleagues. The other was taken yesterday - I came home from work to find Kit had erected a St George's Cross on the balcony (he's giving it the 0-1 signal). The last photo was taken yesterday evening at Gill's local beach - by which I mean one of the beaches just a couple of minutes walk down the hill from her flat in Mosman.
