Here are some of the photos (one of them is an actual fisherman). The thing that looks like a fish is in fact a huge model of a soy sauce bottle that you get from sushi bars that are about 5cm long - instantly recognisable as Asian-Australian. Click on each to enlarge.

Sculptures by the Sea
This morning we got up early and went to the Sculptures by the Sea exhibition, which is along the coastal path between Bondi and Tamarama. I intended to go for a run along there too, and finish with a swim, but it was already so busy by 8am when we arrived, and the weather wasn't great. But the exhibition was excellent, and we only saw a handful of the sculptures (there's a couple of hundred of them) so I hope to go back in the week when it's a bit quieter.
