Tamworth Wedding - Recovery Breakfast

I began Sunday nursing a bit of a hangover and opened some cards and pressies.... some fab clothes from mum (including an England rugby shirt haha!), a signed Luke O'Shea album (lost on most of the UK readers, sadly) and some fabulous wine from Gill's parents; whilst Gill bought me a long weekend for two at an old converted dairy cottage near Mudgee. I'll have to put some thought as to who I should take...

Gill had been telling everyone that I was about to be 37, so when she announced this at breakfast, it was with a certain degree of pleasure that I was able to point out that she was, however unusually, wrong. Although I did have to produce my driving licence to prove that I'm "only" 36.

It was another gloriously sunny day - perfect for a bbq to set us up for the drive home...

The best thing about having babies around is they provide a great distraction when everyone is sightly hungover and talking is just a bit too much effort....
