There's cake, and there's Adriano Zumbo's cake. After my mum's chocolate cake, this is probably the best I've had. He is 'famous' around these parts for his cake making, and has a boutique little shop in Balmain. This is his Orange and Lemon cake. It's awesome. Last week we had his "Return of the Killer Tomato" cake, made with cocoa, olive oil instead of butter, and topped with sundried tomato. Yummy.
