Morning, Day Two

After a cold night - I seriously considered going to bed fully clothed, I woke up early to the sound of unfamiliar birds squawking in the eucalyptus tree outside (or I should say 'out-back'), and the moon shining through the gap in the blinds.

It's warmed up a bit now - it's about 8.30am and I've just had porridge for breakfast and a cup of tea - so all is well with the world. I can't wait to see how the tv channels are covering Australia's woeful batting performance at Lord's yesterday....

  1. Robert says, "Can we please keep the details of your breakfasts on a strictly need-to-know basis?"
