The humidity has lifted, but the work has descended again - I've been working late in to the evening this week most nights, and now have my Diploma of Education to do too (part time, distance learning). School is exhausting - I seEm to burn a lot of energy in my teaching - so I'm doubley tired.

I did go out last night, just for an hour or so - it was a beautiful evening so I went to the Watson's Bay Hotel, out near the entrance to Port Jackson (Sydney Harbour), and sat right by the water's edge for a bit of "surf n turf" (prawns and a burger) and a Cooper's Pale Ale. It was a gorgeous sunset, followed by the city lights coming on. I wished I had brought my camera - but I managed to get this photo from the net, taken from exactly the same position as where I was sat and with a virtually identical view (I think the blue of the water may've been a little turned up). Anyway, I will try and get some more photos of Sydney on the blog (at Radha's request!). I hope to go kayaking on Saturday so will get some pics for that.
